1、数据口径：

• 收录债券类型：

1)中资离岸债，即中国公司(或中国公司的海外子公司)在境外离岸市场发行的债券；

2)发行期限大于等于300天的债券；

3)固定收益及浮动利息美元债券(不包含可转换债券)；

4)公募债及公开信息可获得的私募债(不包含公开信息未能取得的私募债)。

•合并及非合并口径说明：合并口径的排名以集团为单位进行统计(集团根据不同法律顾问分支机构间的股权结构等规则进行分类和合并)；非合并口径的排名以法律顾问机构法律实体为单位进行统计。

• 计算方式：每个参与债券发行的律所都享有该发行项目的全部总金额。
